About These Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean VP Dental and Medical Supplies ABN 74 245 590 154 of PO Box 1734, Coorparoo DC 4151, and "Applicant" and/or "Client" means you the customer.  These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

The Client agrees that the information in the application and any other information provided by the Client to VP Dental & Medical Supplies are true and correct.

If there is any change in the ownership and/or management of the Client account, the Client must notify VP Dental & Medical Supplies within 7 days of any changes.

Australian Sales Only
We sell and ship Products only within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia.

Dental and Medical Industry Sales Only
We only sell and ship Products to Dental and Medical Professionals.  We do not sell to the general public.

Placing Your Order
You may place an Order by completing the Order Form on our website or catalogue and submitting the order to us via fax, email or telephone.  By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.  We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.

Payment Methods And Processing
The Client agrees to pay for all goods provided by VP Dental & Medical Supplies strictly within 30 days of goods received or as notified by the supplier. Payment options are: Electronic funds transfer, Cheque (made payable to VP Dental & Medical Supplies), MasterCard and Visa. Freight fees apply to goods under $250.00 for Brisbane metro, all other areas freight fees apply to all deliveries.

If payment is not received from the Client within this 30 day period, VP Dental & Medical Supplies reserve the right to: (a) charge Interest on debts at 4% per month, (b) charge a dishonour handling fee where VP Dental & Medical Supplies is unable to obtain payment from the Clients credit card provider or a cheque is not paid by the Clients bank, (c) recover all collection costs and expenses incurred in collecting overdue accounts, (d) withhold supply.

VP Dental & Medical Supplies may at any time, alter its conditions of sale or terms of payment, and such altered conditions or terms shall apply in respect of all transactions taking place after notification of such altered conditions of sale or terms of payment.

Ownership of the goods supplied to the Client shall remain the property of VP Dental & Medical Supplies until payment has been received in full.

GST
All VP Dental & Medical Supplies purchases include GST.

Prices
We always seek to list our products with the most competitive prices, however, we do reserve the right to change prices as appropriate. The price of products shown excludes shipping costs.

Supply Of Your Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your Order Confirmation.

Delivery Of Your Product
Delivery time may take up to 10 working days from the date your payment is received.

Delivery/Freight
Orders over $250.00 will be freight free, (for Brisbane metro, only). Under $250.00 freight charges are at cost. All other areas freight is at cost.

Product Returns
The Client agrees to notify VP Dental & Medical Supplies within 14 days of receiving the goods, of any defective goods supplied prior to returning. If notification is not received by the Client within said 14 days, VP Dental & Medical Supplies reserve the right to refuse claims/returns of goods. All goods returned must be unopened and in original packaging. Cost incurred of returned goods will be at sender’s expense.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
