Step by Step guide:

• Identify the proper position to insert the wings.
• Hold the retractor by the placement wings of the concave parts and squeeze so the concave parts bend and the retractor becomes smaller. Ensure the tongue controller faces downward
• Insert the retractor on one side of the mouth while keeping the concave parts pressed
• Fit the upper and lower lips on the side you started; the main arch will begin retracting the cheeks
• Insert the main arch on the opposite side, then fit the lips
• Ask the patient to close their mouth, biting on the silicone pads until they reach the height of the first molar.
